Care is led by Dr. Carine-Ange Tagni, a board-certified OB-GYN with over 12 years of experience in women’s health and cosmetic gynecology. Her dual expertise in gynecological medicine and aesthetic treatments allows her to address concerns that most practitioners treat in isolation: hormonal imbalances, intimate discomfort, skin changes, weight resistance, and body confidence.

Dr. Tagni founded SiBelle because she saw a pattern she couldn’t ignore. Women dismissed by their doctors. Symptoms labeled as “normal aging” without investigation. Concerns treated as separate issues instead of connected systems. She built SiBelle to offer something different: care that listens first, investigates thoroughly, and treats the whole woman, not just the symptoms.

At SiBelle, Dr. Tagni and her team provide answers, not dismissals. Clear plans, not vague reassurances. And ongoing support, not one-off appointments that leave you managing symptoms alone.

Marrina is a Board-Certified Aesthetic Medicine Physician Associate and our injectables expert. She is originally from New Hampshire but moved to Philadelphia 9 years ago to complete an Accelerated Physician Assistant Program at Drexel University College of Medicine. She specializes in full-facial balancing, utilizing a combination approach with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation. Additionally, she offers our cutting-edge intimate health treatments to support your overall wellness.

Marrina understands the nuances of natural aesthetics, and is dedicated to creating results that are as individual as you are. She approaches every procedure with a discerning eye, meticulously analyzing your unique features to ensure that each enhancement complements your natural beauty without sacrificing the essence of who you are.
